By the Long Island Expressway:

Take exit 41 North, Route 106. Take 106 North to the village of Oyster Bay. Make a right onto East Main Street. Go 1 1/2 miles up East Main Street (it eventually becomes Cove Road). You will see signs for the TR Sanctuary parking lot on the right. After parking, continue walking in the same direction (East) until you see the Sanctuary gate on your right. Continue past the fountain to the campfire.

 

By Route 25A (Northern Blvd.):

Take 25A to Cove Road. Go about 2 miles north on Cove Road. You will see a green and white Theodore Roosevelt Nature Sanctuary sign on your left. Proceed past the sign to the gravel parking lot on the left side. After parking, walk East until you see the Sanctuary gate on your right. Continue past the fountain to the campfire.
